Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is looking to hire a Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and secure dynamic web applications, driving secure software development through DevSecOps integration, automation, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-stack development with a focus on DevSecOps.
- Expertise in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, etc.) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.) technologies.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and AWS RDS.
- Solid grasp of DevSecOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and secure coding (OWASP).
- Familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Must meet DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT-II) certification standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full stack.
- Integrate security best practices throughout the development lifecycle using DevSecOps.
- Collaborate with engineering, sustainment, and operations teams to enhance automation and security.
- Write clean, maintainable code aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and security assessments; remediate vulnerabilities.
- Build, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation.
- Implement and monitor security controls.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- DoD Secret clearance required; must be eligible for TS/SCI.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including OCONUS.
- Certifications: CSSLP, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CEH.
- Work effectively in a highly collaborative setting; manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
