Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web backend development.
- Expertise in the following technologies: Nodejs, express js
- Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Experience understanding, creating, manipulating, querying, and modeling data - using at least 1 RDBMS and 1 NoSQL data store
- Experience in building a data engineering platform for ingesting, analyzing and reporting high-volume data.
- Experience in building applications for IoT and running highly available APIs.
- Experience building microservices in a large scale production system
Responsibilities
- Develop server-side web application logic and ensure successful integration.
- Write web services and APIs that would be consumed by front-end developers and mobile application developers.
- Manage the interchange of data between the server and the users.
- Develop all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- Support the integration of front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application.
