Requirements
- Experience building and shipping full-stack features
- Proficiency with at least one modern frontend framework
- Proficiency with at least one backend language/framework
- Strong SQL fundamentals
- React, Next.js, Typescript
- Python, Django
- AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Build features end-to-end across React/Next.js and Python/Django
- Design backend APIs, data models, and integrations
- Deploy services in AWS and work with Docker/Kubernetes
- Work directly with users to understand real mission workflows
- Ship quickly, iterate fast, and help steer product direction
- Influence engineering standards and early team culture
