NIRA Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to drive enterprise process automation and workflow modernization initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining modular, secure, and scalable software solutions that streamline compliance workflows, automate data validation, and integrate with enterprise systems, with an emphasis on LLM and agentic AI development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, Databricks, and Azure cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Haystack, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
- Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Azure Storage integration.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code analysis, Docker/Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale data ingestion and processing.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices in software engineering.
- Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and API-driven AI pipelines for scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modular applications using Python, Databricks, and Azure.
- Automate compliance and data validation workflows across domains.
- Implement backend logic for structured/semi-structured data ingestion (CSV, JSON, PDFs).
- Build and enhance lightweight web applications for analyst workflows.
- Develop API-driven integration and large-scale ingestion pipelines (200k+ rows/day).
- Integrate LLMs into automation workflows for analysis, validation, and decision support.
- Develop and deploy agentic AI frameworks to orchestrate multi-step processes.

- Full-time Remote (occasional on-site requirements)
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives.
- Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, data governance, and accessibility standards.
- Create Markdown-based documentation (environment setup, CI/CD, runbooks, playbooks).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident and eligible for Public Trust (T1) clearance.
