Iron EagleX (IEX) is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their team, delivering scalable and secure systems. The role involves building and continuously deploying server and client-side solutions using user-centered and agile methodologies, with a focus on "cloud-first", scalable, and containerized solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with full stack engineering, including at least 3 years of experience deploying production enterprise applications
- Strong experience with containerized environments and orchestration (Docker, Docker Compose)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Proficiency with Git
- Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, or MongoDB
- Experience in Linux
- Experience working with CI/CD Pipelines
Responsibilities
- Write and deploy server-side applications in containerized environments on various networks
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including merge requests, code review, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Write clean, concise, and maintainable code
- Help define and enforce development best practices
- Participate in writing automated tests to verify the intent of stories
- Investigate errors in applications and perform root cause analysis
- Provide application programming interfaces (APIs) and services
Other
- OCONUS travel to Jordan is required (at least 3 months out of the year, likely closer to 6 months).
- This role is hybrid, with 2 days onsite/in office at Fort Bragg, NC.
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with preference towards Computer Science and Software Engineering preferred.
