Responsibilities
- Analyzes, models, and proposes an application that automates material replenishment requests to ensure timely supply flow
- Optimizes routes for material handlers (forklift and tugger operators), including finished goods pick-up
- Interfaces with the existing MES system through APIs or middleware for seamless integration
- Collaborates with factory specialists to formalize the business case and select technical elements for the solution
- Tests, validates, and documents the solution in real manufacturing environments, providing support for troubleshooting
- Develops a plan to scale the solution across manufacturing operations

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
- Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Must be able to work onsite/hybrid in Cary, NC
