The financial services industry client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the Risk Reporting Solutions team by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based web applications and database packages.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Java/J2EE application programming.
- 2-4 years of RDBMS experience, preferably with Oracle or SQL Server, including strong PL/SQL skills.
- Excellent software design, build, testing, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with familiarity in JIRA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spring frameworks and Openshift Container Platform is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based web applications and database packages.
- Interpret business requirements to create innovative and reliable software solutions using large data sets.
- Identify functional and non-functional technical requirements for projects.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Create and manage complex data models and object-relational database mappings.
