VELOX is hiring a Full Stack Developer to help build and optimize the next generation of our internal tools, platforms, and client-facing technology.
Requirements
- HTML/CSS (semantic, accessible markup)
- JavaScript (ES6+), React
- Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap (strong knowledge of at least one)
- PHP (intermediate to advanced)
- MySQL (schema design, queries, performance tuning)
- RESTful API development and integration
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Forge)
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and scale responsive web applications and tools from idea to deployment
- Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs, backend systems, and MySQL databases
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient front-end and back-end code
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the tech stack
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications
- Participate in code reviews and drive continual improvement in engineering workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute UI/UX designs with precision
