Booz Allen is looking for a full stack developer to help create systems that make a difference, resolving problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with full stack software development
  • 3+ years of experience with back-end software development using Java, Python, or NodeJS
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns
  • Experience with software development processes, including unit tests, CI/CD processes, and using Git for version control
  • Experience working with non-SQL and SQL database development, including Postgres
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including use of technologies, such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Rancher
  • Knowledge of front-end design and data visualization techniques and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready
  • Identify needed system improvements
  • Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
  • Consider the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
  • Develop custom web-based software applications
  • Work with back-end software development using Java, Python, or NodeJS
  • Implement cloud-native architecture patterns using AWS services

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and distill information into coherent and compelling narratives
