Triple V is looking to develop and maintain a career growth and exploration app that helps students set goals, match to career pathways, and access project-based learning opportunities, as well as a webscraping tool to collect data on internship and scholarship opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Basic understanding of Node.js backend development
- Familiarity with Python for scripting or automation
- Familiarity with SQL queries (PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of REST APIs and database interactions
- Experience with React Native mobile development
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, Firebase, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Building and refining front-end features using React/React Native
- Developing and maintaining backend services in Node.js
- Assisting with Python scripts and integrations for AI and data processing
- Implementing new features based on user feedback and product roadmap
- Debugging and resolving issues to maintain app stability
- Collaborating with the product manager to design and integrate APIs
- Supporting deployment and release processes
Other
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Part-Time Internship (Flexible Hours)
- 3–6 months, with potential for extension
