Iteris is seeking a Full Stack Developer to develop Web, APIs, and database applications that either consume data, act as a web application, or provide an endpoint/API for data access.
Requirements
- Over four (4) years of experience with responsive web design and programming, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Sass, Angular, NodeJS, and a responsive framework such as Bootstrap
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or other SQL databases
- Design and implementation of APIs and/or Endpoints
- Experience with database schema design, ingesting data and database access layers
- Experience implementing map based web sites using MapBox, Google Maps, Apple Maps, and/or HERE
- Native Mobile iOS and/or Android app development in Swift, Kotlin and/or Java
- Python scripting language
Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects
- Create estimates for software development projects
- Collaborating with management, team and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
- Designing algorithms and work flows to create new software programs and systems
- Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
- Testing and deploying programs and applications
- Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
Other
- Must be able to work independently, while also a member of an Scrum development team.
- Bachelors from a 4-year accredited technical degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Less than two weeks of travel a year
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Scrum
- A valid driver’s license may be required based on essential duties.
