RTX Corporation is seeking a Full-Stack Developer and Scrum Master to lead the General Tools team, focusing on addressing Change Requests (CRs) related to compliance, technical debt, and defects from the Business Unit, while also guiding agile processes and collaborating with the business to implement necessary changes.
Requirements
- Experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Java, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL.
- Prior experience with Spring.
- Prior experience in a Scrum Master role, with strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a Scrum team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software solutions using Java, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL.
- Conduct peer reviews of various PM Tools code to ensure high standards of code quality.
- Focus on reducing technical debt to maintain system efficiency and long-term sustainability.
- Promptly resolve defects to minimize system downtimes and improve user satisfaction.
- Lead the General Scrum team, ensuring that all Change Requests are addressed promptly.
- Guide the team’s agile processes to enhance productivity and collaboration.

- The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD.
