RTX Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain complex software systems for engineering applications, focusing on quality, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience in full stack development using C-Sharp, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and managing work in Jira.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C-Sharp, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Adhere to SAFe Agile principles and practices, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions and conduct demonstrations of the work product's successful implementation.
  • Continuously improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements for engineering applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
