RTX Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain complex software systems for engineering applications, focusing on quality, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- Experience in full stack development using C-Sharp, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.
- Experience with SAFe Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and managing work in Jira.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C-Sharp, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Adhere to SAFe Agile principles and practices, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions and conduct demonstrations of the work product's successful implementation.
- Continuously improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements for engineering applications.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
