Frontera Health is seeking to build the backend infrastructure for their innovative platform to deliver essential therapies to rural families.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in back-end development with a strong understanding of server-side programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
- Experience with relational databases and familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience in front-end development with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Experience with building responsive web applications for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience building and deploying APIs (REST, GraphQL).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement distributed and scalable back-end services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to build APIs that facilitate seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.
- Develop and maintain data models using relational or NoSQL databases.
- Implement robust security measures to protect user data and system integrity.
- Design, develop, and implement user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in back-end technologies and best practices.
