Fidelity TalentSource is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Fidelity’s Enterprise Technology Group to work on the Contact Center platform, which handles voice, email, and web chat communication channels, serving over 20 million clients and processing more than 35 million customer interactions annually on a 24x7 basis.
Requirements
- Proficient in Java/SpringBoot and experienced in developing APIs/micro-services
- UI design/development using Angular or JavaScript a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and using uDeploy, Jenkins or other tools
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and container-based deployment practices will be a plus
- Working with Event Driven Architecture - Kafka, Webhooks, nice to have
- Test Driven Development - JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Jest, etc.
- Familiarity with DBMS, NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc) a plus

Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years hands-on experience as a software engineer
- Proven ability to trouble-shoot complex data issues across the e2e technology stack
- Either hands-on Azure / AWS experience or demonstrated desire to build cloud experience (e.g. certifications, training)
- Proven ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframes
