Requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Go.
- Experience with fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and building applications utilizing these models.
- Strong background in developing and deploying high-quality, reliable machine learning models at scale.
- Knowledge of graph data structures and related technologies is a plus.
- Experience working at leading technology companies, developing scalable AI agents, and leveraging machine learning, data regression, and LLMs to create innovative tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI agents using large language models to meet product and business needs.
- Accelerate the execution of Cercle’s engineering roadmap across all products and AI initiatives.
- Ensure the deployment of reliable, scalable, and high-quality AI systems that deliver measurable impact.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and related fields, integrating new techniques and tools as appropriate.
- Promote best practices in software development, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
- Develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI agents utilizing large language models.
- Drive the execution of our product roadmap and accelerating the development of innovative AI solutions.
Other
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
- Manage and mentor a small team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
