- 5+ years of experience in building production software solutions
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects from conception to deployment and maintenance
- Proven track record in architecting and developing scalable, high-quality systems
- Deep expertise in web application development, mobile app development, distributed systems, or infrastructure management
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building the foundational infrastructure for Butter’s digital platform
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, web and mobile applications, and data pipelines
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive and effective user experiences
- Own projects from initial research and conception through implementation and ongoing improvements
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring system reliability and performance
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and innovation
