Automation Anywhere is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain end-to-end applications that enable customers to leverage Agentic Process Automation. The role involves creating innovative, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that combine AI, human collaboration, and scalable architecture to redefine enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server and NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch
- Solid front-end development skills including React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and SCSS
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
- Ability to develop responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessibility-compliant applications following WCAG standards
- Understanding of Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, unit testing, and deployment processes
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable UI components and features using modern front-end technologies like React
- Create and optimize backend services, REST APIs, and infrastructure to support business applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and seamless user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices in UI and backend development
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
- Drive the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve development efficiency and UI performance
- Participate in designing scalable architectures and integrating AI-powered automation components
