Requirements
- Full-stack fluency, with comfort in both backend and frontend engineering
- hands-on experience with LLM training, RLHF or agent design
Responsibilities
- Build and ship across backend (Python, PyTorch) and frontend (React/TypeScript)
- Orchestrate workflows that tie together retrieval, evaluation and safety systems
- Train, fine-tune and align large language models for healthcare use cases
- Prototype new features fast, validate with metrics, and ship to production
