DroneSense, now part of Versaterm, is looking to enhance its drone software platform for public safety agencies by building and shipping full-stack features, maintaining and modernizing legacy systems, and optimizing performance to improve workflows, deliver better service, and enable better outcomes, ultimately leading to more saved lives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using Typescript and Angular (version 13+)
- 3+ years of experience using .NET (C-Sharp)
- Proficiency with Entity Framework, Redis, SignalR and MySQL
- Comfortable using GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT with critical judgement
- Experience with MQTT, OpenSearch or AWS S3
- Experience integrating SSO solutions
- Experience with ArcGIS
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features using Angular and .NET (C-Sharp).
- Maintain and modernize legacy systems balancing shipping new features with refactoring older code, reducing technical debt, and keeping the platform performant and stable.
- Optimize data and performance writing efficient LINQ queries and using Entity Framework effectively to keep the platform fast under heavy load.
- Drive quality through code reviews, share feedback, and help elevate engineering standards across the team
- Be autonomous and adaptable, thriving in a changing development process, adjust to evolving priorities, and find creative ways to deliver value quickly.
- Communicate openly, share progress, surface blockers early, and work transparently in a remote-first environment.
