A and B Talent Acquisition, Inc. is looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer to work on enterprise SaaS platforms, developing innovative features and enhancing existing products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically in building enterprise SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Ruby on Rails.
- 3+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
- 2+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks such as RSpec, Cucumber, or similar.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS.
- Experience working within Agile or Kanban methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing React for the front end and Ruby on Rails for the backend.
- Participate in system architecture and design discussions, evaluating trade-offs for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to foster team growth.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with QA teams to support testing efforts, defect resolution, and feature validation.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated test suites to ensure high-quality releases.
