ZOLL's Acute Care Technology division needs to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across front-end and back-end systems to deliver innovative lifesaving products and software solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a full stack development role
- Proven experience leading technical projects or initiatives in production environments.
- Experience designing or contributing to system architecture and long-term technical strategy.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture, data streaming tools (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis), and real-time data processing.
- Experience working in Agile/PLM/Scrum environments, especially at enterprise scale.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, Fusion Analytics, and FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Partner with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect RESTful APIs, services, and data models that support evolving business needs.
- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security across the stack.
- Drive and participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning sessions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
