The company is looking to solve the problem of developing and maintaining multi-leg options logical systems, specifically backend systems, and is seeking an individual with expertise in cloud services, Java, and trading applications to contribute to this effort.
Requirements
- Proficient in Java, SQL and have proven expertise with cloud technologies such as AWS
- Development experience with web application frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Production experience with Kubernetes and Serverless on AWS
- Experience with iterative SDLC
- Previous exposure to trading systems or brokerage technology is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with event driven and service-oriented processing is desired
- Proven work experience with cloud services and infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Cloud infrastructure: AWS
- Backend: Java Spring
- CICD: Jenkins, EKS
- Other tools: Kafka (or similar event driven tech)
- Database: dynamoDB and CockroachDB (relational and nonrelational is experience is helpful)
- Serverless experience
- FIX protocol

- Able to act independently under general direction
- Have at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience
