Workday is looking to simplify the creation of AI solutions with a low-code platform, enabling users to build powerful chatbots and autonomous agents. With the acquisition of Flowise, Workday aims to provide customers with an easy-to-use platform to quickly and responsibly build and deploy AI agents for HR and finance, while also empowering partners to build faster and deliver quicker value.
Requirements
- 4+ years in software development with a consistent record of ownership and delivery
- 3+ years programming in Python and Python web development framework (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- 3+ years with PostgreSQL DB, and a strong understanding of performance optimization and scaling strategies
- Experienced in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Experienced in the technologies and tradeoffs involved in building modern distributed systems
- Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, etc)
- Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
