Requirements
- 2 years minimum of Software Engineering (SWE) Experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in building intuitive UIs using the React & Next.js stack.
- Strong backend skills using Python.
- Demonstrated ability to build AI Agents and effectively utilize LLMs for real-world applications.
- Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle in an environment that prioritizes speed and impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust data pipelines to ingest, process, and structure the constant flow of government procurement and capability data.
- Develop and iterate on our core product, maintaining a split of approximately 70% backend development and 30% frontend development, while being comfortable working across the entire stack.
- Implement AI Agents and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) effectively to extract, categorize, and match data to customer needs.
- Build responsive and intuitive User Interfaces (UIs) using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback, understand user needs, and define the most intuitive ways to browse and interpret complex data, requiring the confidence to present technical solutions to them.
- Work in a lean, fast-paced environment, willing to learn and iterate quickly to meet the demands of rapid growth.
