Woods & Co Recruitment is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help a booming Australian business launch and scale its new rewards platform in the US market. The platform allows businesses to earn points and rewards for everyday business costs.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Node.js, TypeScript, React
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
Responsibilities
- Build front-end applications using React + TypeScript
- Develop back-end systems with Node.js, REST, GraphQL
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and modern cloud infrastructure
- Deploy containerized apps using Docker & AWS
- Collaborate with product, design & engineering teams across time zones
- Write clean, scalable code and maintain automated tests (Jest, Playwright)
- Contribute to architecture, process improvement, and engineering culture
