Responsibilities
- Provide application production support in Angular, PL/SQL, PowerBI, Smartcomm & ASP.NET Core Web API solutions to support incident/problem/service request/job and application monitoring/weekend maintenance activities in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless user experiences.
