Blend is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to extend the impact of their cloud banking platform and help shape the next generation of consumer-banking experiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern language—TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Python, Java, C++, etc.
- Bonus: React on the front end; Node.js or Go on the back end.
Responsibilities
- Turn ideas into software. Translate product concepts into scalable APIs, data models, and polished UIs.
- Build for scale and resiliency. Design services that stay fast, observable, and fault-tolerant as we grow.
- Champion accessibility & performance. Ship responsive, WCAG-compliant experiences that work everywhere.
- Own quality. Write tests, participate in code reviews, and join the team’s on-call rotation to keep us running smoothly.
- Level up the team. Mentor peers, document best practices, and propose 10× ideas—many of our best features started as grassroots engineering pitches.
