Visionist needs a Full-Stack Engineer with a focus on frontend development to craft specialized tools for enhanced efficiency and quick iterations for their operations user base on their largest PRIME contract.
Requirements
- Deep experience with the React ecosystem (Vite, Tanstack, Tailwind CSS, etc.), for creating custom user interfaces
- Experience interfacing with backend systems and databases through REST APIs
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn internal systems and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Familiarity with modern version control and DevOps tooling, including Git and containerization
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering quality, user-centric solutions
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to understand and address the UI needs of analysts and operators
- Develop and maintain user-facing web apps for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements
- Independently drive projects and proposals, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle
- Design, architect, and implement robust and scalable software solutions that align with project objectives and requirements
- Continuously improve and optimize the existing codebase and documentation to ensure high performance and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for tool optimization and emergent technologies
Other
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 3 years of experience in software development
- U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible).
