Responsibilities
- Automate our infrastructure platforms and provide self-service capabilities for Fidelity’s applications teams.
- Make infrastructure platforms easier to manage and easier to consume for our technology partners.
- Focus for this role will be on security compliance implementation.
- Crafting scalable, cloud-friendly systems.
- Lead projects, guiding teams through the development lifecycle and ensuring standard methodologies are followed.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies, helping the organization stay competitive.
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and improving system reliability.

- RBAC security roles and access management best practices
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
- 6+ Years IT experience.
- Understands the Spotify model for agile development and delivery.
- Experience working in an ever-evolving DevOps environment.
