Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with deep full-stack and/or frontend expertise
- Proven experience as a tech lead, driving complex projects from concept to launch and aligning engineering efforts with business goals
- A strong understanding of developer workflows and a track record of working effectively with users, designers, AI researchers, and systems engineers
- Experience monetizing AI tools, agents, or developer platforms
- Background in startups or fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives across the stack, collaborating with systems and frontend engineers to build and iterate on growth-focused features
- Work closely with product, design, and marketing to define and implement strategies that drive user engagement and monetization
- Set engineering best practices, provide technical mentorship, and help scale the team’s capabilities
- Champion a data-driven, experimentation-focused approach to product development
