Horizon3.ai is looking to solve key security challenges such as ineffective tools, false positives, blind spots, checkbox security cultures, skills shortages, and the high costs and long timelines associated with external consulting by developing and enhancing their enterprise SaaS platform, NodeZeroTM, which offers autonomous pentesting capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python for backend development
- Experience delivering backend APIs, especially GraphQL
- Hands-on experience with modern web stacks including JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and troubleshooting production environments
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure stability
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and an interest in leveraging AI for productivity improvements
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Python and GraphQL
- Build and enhance front-end features in React and TypeScript to improve user workflows
- Participate in system architecture decisions and guide the evolution of the platform’s design
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards across the engineering team
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring infrastructure stability and app performance in AWS
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime

- 7+ years of experience in building production applications with a focus on backend development
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, architects, and product managers
