Crossmint is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build the backbone of programmable finance and agentic systems, enabling companies to harness the power of stablecoins and blockchains with ease.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge in at least one modern programming language such as Javascript, Java, Python, Scala, Ruby, etc.
Provable experience shipping high quality code.
Experience working on Web3 and/or Blockchain projects.
Responsibilities
Write high quality code: correct, secure, performant, maintainable.
Write architectural and design docs: individually and with the team.
Run your projects end to end: from conceptualization, to shipping and beyond.
Perform On-Call duties: participate in paid on-call shifts (once or twice a quarter).
Mentor new team members.
Other
Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills with industry experience.
Accumulate 3-5+ years of professional experience.
Excellent reading and writing comprehension skills in English.
Experience working on a team and references to back it.
