Requirements
- Scale infrastructure to support 1,000+ concurrent multilingual meetings.
- Build resilient fallback paths to ensure guaranteed translation, whether users are on Zoom, desktop, or mobile.
- Support highly confidential conversations through techniques like in-memory translation and enterprise-grade certifications like SOC 2 Type II.
- Build real-time monitoring and observability tools to detect and resolve issues before our customers notice—whether it’s during the meeting or minutes before it begins.
- Extracting and applying context from our customers’ knowledge bases and past conversations using techniques like RAG.
- Making it easy to upload and manage team- and industry-specific terms, and integrating seamlessly with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and internal wikis.
- Optimizing translation latency and perceived delay through sentence chunking.
