The company is seeking a Full Stack Growth Developer to architect and build scalable web applications, focusing on optimization features that drive user growth and engagement.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of web performance and optimization.
- Solid grasp of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Responsibilities
- Own site architecture, CMS, hosting, and performance (speed, mobile, UX).
- Ensure security, manage plugins, and keep uptime/reliability tight.
- Build & deploy landing pages, CRO changes, and implement SEO recommendations
- Run A/B tests on site infrastructure elements in partnership with CRO Specialist.
- Add/test trust signals, testimonials, and social proof.
- Partner with CRO, SEO, and Marketing Ops to support growth experiments.
Other
- Five years or more of experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Base salary of $120to $140K commensurate with experience
- $10K bonus potential for achieving set targets
