Honeywell is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Java Developer II to design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that power their next-generation platform, integrating cutting-edge technologies like Java, React, AWS, and generative AI to build secure, high-performance applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, including 2+ years building full-stack applications with Java and React.
- 1+ year of experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software applications.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with Salesforce Apex and Lightning.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions using Java, Python, and React, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and quality engineers to define and implement features that drive value for end users.
- Leverage AWS Bedrock to integrate generative AI capabilities into the platform, such as intelligent automation, recommendations, or natural language processing features.
- Build and maintain seamless integrations with Salesforce to support core quality management workflows and data exchange.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code; contribute to unit, integration, and regression testing strategies.
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing guidance and feedback to peers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability in production environments.
