Our client, a respected NYC non-profit in the educational technology space, is looking to scale their organization and serve additional students across the country.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the MERN stack
- practical hands on experience with MongoDB
- professional experience working within AWS and utilizing it’s various services
- AWS Certification(s)
- familiar with MongoDB tools such as Compass & Atlas
Responsibilities
- work on both front end (React) and back end (Node.js)
- work on DevOps and infrastructure tasks including deploying code, implementing CI/CD solutions, and server work
- maintain and debug existing code
- pick up new tools on the job as needed
Other
- disciplined self-starter, resourceful, flexible and able to work independently
- interest and curiosity in new technologies and professional growth
- prior experience training and mentoring junior engineers
- legally authorized to work in the United States on a W2
- located in the NYC Metro area
