KeyBank is undertaking a major modernization effort in their Voice & Chat Automation / Contact Center Delivery group, aiming to build Intelligent Bots and associated components for the KeyBank Bot Squad using new technologies like Google Cloud, Dialogflow, AI, UJET, and NICE.
Requirements
- proficient in full stack development and Chatbot development
- Typescript / Nodejs web services (REST)
- Experience with Google Cloud projects (GCP) and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, code management (Gitlab), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Database experience (PostgreSQL, Big Query)
- Knowledge of monitoring utilizing Elastic, Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus
- Chatbot development in Dialogflow CX
Responsibilities
