Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture on-site.
- Review and approve project budgets, change orders, and procurement documents.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
