Exceeds AI is seeking to help organizations adopt AI with confidence and translate it into measurable impact by delivering AI observability and actionable insights
Requirements
- Proof you ship: one live link (app/site/agent)
- Comfort using AI tools to move across product, code, data, and copy—without hand-holding
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Figma Make, Linear agent integrations, MCP workflows
- Familiarity with Statsig instrumentation
- Experience with agent patterns, MCP servers/clients, and lightweight analytics stacks (bonus points)
Responsibilities
- Turn fuzzy problems into tight specs, then prototype end-to-end using AI code tools (Claude Code, Cursor agents) and MCP workflows, working closely with our engineering team
- Stitch simple UIs/flows together fast (speed over framework purity); wire lightweight automations/agents
- Add analytics + basic experimentation: instrument metrics and integrate Statsig via MCP; define success criteria; run quick “before/after” checks
- Run basic evals (goldens, sanity checks) to decide if a prototype lives
- Support GTM: landing pages, crisp copy, and lightweight marketing tests, creative social techniques
