Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking to support the implementation and long-term operations of a Public Health Data Solution by hiring a Full Stack Salesforce Developer
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions preferred).
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, FlexCards, DataRaptors, OmniScripts).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Proven experience designing secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and OmniStudio.
- Enhance existing features and develop new components to meet evolving business needs.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce platform features across Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection (LPI) and related public health workflows.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and DevOps tools for reliable, automated deployments.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Contribute to data modeling, migration, and system interoperability, ensuring accuracy and performance.
- Conduct unit, system, and UAT testing to maintain high-quality standards.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on documentation and best practices.
