Requirements

  • Full-stack development (front-end experience with React/React Native or similar and backend PHP, Java, etc).
  • Experience with SWIFT, iOS and Android apps.
  • Proven AWS/cloud skills (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
  • Experience with staging, CI/CD, and agile delivery.
  • Data acquisition, cleaning, and real-time processing at scale.
  • Strong understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of building scalable, high-availability platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Vamos’s AI-powered taxi software platform and mobile applications (driver and rider).
  • Develop, train, and implement AI/ML models, including data acquisition, preprocessing, and deployment.
  • Architect scalable backend systems on modern cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar), including database and API management.
  • Own the full-stack development process, using backend languages and modern front-end frameworks (React, React Native, or similar).
  • Build and manage robust staging, testing, and production environments.
  • Integrate AI agents and automation to enhance customer experience, pricing, dispatching, ETA accuracy, routing, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure security, privacy, and compliance across all digital systems.
