Responsibilities
- Build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software
- Bring the average interviewer response latency down to 200ms
- Fine-tune our models to decrease hallucination and increase response accuracy
- Scale system architecture to thousands more users, concurrently
- Integrate with customer’s internal hiring systems
- Present interview data visually and as fast as possible
- Build out feature requests
