Tyler Technologies is seeking to improve state government operations for citizens through the development of websites, digital forms, and enterprise applications using modern technology.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with .NET/C-Sharp and object-oriented programming.
- Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); experience with frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, React, or jQuery a bonus.
- Comfortable working with SQL and relational databases (e.g., writing queries, stored procedures, indexes).
- Familiarity with SQL Server, IIS, Visual Studio, and other components of the Microsoft Technology Stack.
- Experience in Agile development environments and using version control.
- Familiarity with all parts of the SDLC, including source control and CI/CD tools/processes.
- Exposure to AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C-Sharp, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Work across the full development stack with a primary focus on UI/UX and .NET back-end integration.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with peers.
- Assist with database work, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema changes.
- Troubleshoot issues and support live applications in a team-based environment.
- Stay current with technologies and contribute to team process improvements.

- 4–8 years of professional experience in software development.
- Collaborate with other software engineers, project managers, and QA to deliver high-quality, user-friendly digital government solutions.

- Hybrid work arrangement (two days in office, three days remote).
