Requirements
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C-Sharp, or Python.
- Experience with web development frameworks and technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
- Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and protocols such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy healthcare software applications in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop innovative solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
- Document software designs, processes, and procedures to facilitate ongoing maintenance and future development.
- Assist in training and supporting end-users and internal teams on new features and functionalities.

- Proven experience in software development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
