Visionist has an exciting new, fully FUNDED opportunity for a Full Stack Software Engineer on our largest PRIME contract. Our team of Analysts and Engineers is motivated by the direct impact on the mission, crafting specialized tools for enhanced efficiency and quick iterations for our operations user base.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in software development
- Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, backend, DevOps) and willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve results
- Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular)
- Experience writing scripts and services in Python
- Experience developing RESTful web applications using both Spring Boot and Python
- Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.)
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and contribute to a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks
- Gather requirements and make improvements to existing corporate tools
- Understand the customer’s mission, collaborate with team members, gather user needs, and rapidly develop solutions
- Design and build reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows
- Independently drive feature development, taking ownership of the full development lifecycle
Other
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance With Polygraph Is Required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible).
