Ansible Health is looking to solve the problem of delivering healthcare at scale by leveraging technology, automation, and machine learning to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Familiarity with C-Sharp, Python, and Kotlin
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Storage, Databases)
- Understanding of workflow automation tools like n8n or equivalent platforms
- Basic-to-intermediate experience integrating AI/ML features—such as Azure Cognitive Services, Bedrock, OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex—into applications
- Awareness of data security best practices and the importance of compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA) in healthcare
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, APIs, and full-stack development
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core backend services in C-Sharp, Python, and Android applications using Kotlin, supporting our AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- Integrate advanced AI and LLM capabilities into key product features and workflows.
- Utilize n8n (or similar tools) to automate data pipelines and operational processes.
- Work with the product and compliance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Participate in architectural discussions, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews—helping to shape our technology roadmap and improve our development processes.
- Continuously refine code, infrastructure, and workflows to support rapid growth, adaptability, and innovation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Must be based in New York, with the ability to collaborate on-site as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work alongside product teams, clinicians, and other engineers
- Top-Tier Education: Must have graduated from a top 10 Computer Science program (for junior candidates)
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment (for early mid-level candidates)
