Cboe is looking to build a unified application and service management platform for its Data Vantage platform, which includes financial analytics, execution, and risk management. This platform will be used by associates in software engineering, operations, and customer-facing roles across all global offices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C-Sharp/.NET and ASP.NET for backend services.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for frontend development.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and ORMs like Entity Framework.
- Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of full-stack applications using C-Sharp/.NET and React/TypeScript.
- Contribute to technical decisions, manage technical debt, and evolve architecture to meet future needs.
- Research and resolve complex technical challenges independently and collaboratively.
- Develop REST APIs with secure authentication and authorization (OpenID Connect, OAuth).
- Apply best practices in testing and code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Analyze and tune applications for speed and efficiency.
- Use code scanning tools and update software to address vulnerabilities.
