Draper is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer & Tester to ensure the delivery of high quality, compliant software by designing, developing, and executing automated unit tests, reviewing software release packages and test reports, and participating in software peer reviews.
Requirements
- Proficiency using SQL
- Experience with testing frameworks (Cypress, Jest, Playwright)
- Experience with programming languages and frameworks (JavaScript, React, NextJS, C, Python )
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM
- Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence
- Familiarity with Zephyr Scale
- Familiarity with Epicor
Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual software test cases via Zephyr Scale
- Write and execute unit tests with the Cypress testing framework
- Aid in other development tasks where needed
- Ensure products meet the organizations and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements
- Drive improvements to Draper’s software development process, including best practices
- Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers, suppliers, and employees in resolving issues
