Plan and organize the instructional activities of an assigned program area within Corporate and Continuing Education or a non-curriculum program and interface with external partners to determine training needs and appropriate instructional delivery.

- Ability to develop and offer courses online or through distance learning technologies
Responsibilities
- Plans the course content including learning objectives, learning activities, materials and related technologies.
- Designs modules within the course, including justification for training methodology and selection of media or technology.
- Designs course materials including definition of training objectives and mastery tests.
- Assists in the process of course material production and developmental testing.
- Acquires clinical sites for student externship rotations.
Other
- Veterinary Assistant – minimum 2 years work experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA) Certification
- Experience teaching in a community college
